Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our private jet charter services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of services provided by Avcon Jet AG ("we," "us," "our," or "Avcon Jet"), including our website, charter services, and related services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Charter Services
2.1. Our charter services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2. All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions, air traffic control, or other operational requirements.
2.3. We reserve the right to:
- Substitute aircraft of similar or higher quality
- Modify flight schedules for safety or operational reasons
- Refuse carriage of passengers or baggage for safety or security reasons
- Cancel flights due to force majeure events
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. All charter prices are subject to:
- Fuel surcharges
- Airport fees and taxes
- De-icing costs (if applicable)
- Other operational costs
3.2. Payment terms:
- Full payment is required before flight departure
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Additional charges may apply for flight changes or cancellations
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- More than 72 hours before departure: 10% of total charter price
- 48-72 hours before departure: 25% of total charter price
- 24-48 hours before departure: 50% of total charter price
- Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of total charter price
4.2. Force majeure events may affect the application of cancellation fees.
5. Passenger Obligations
5.1. Passengers must:
- Provide valid travel documents and identification
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Arrive at the airport at the designated time
- Follow crew instructions and safety procedures
- Declare dangerous goods or prohibited items
6. Baggage
6.1. Baggage allowance is subject to aircraft capacity and operational limitations.
6.2. We are not liable for damage to or loss of:
- Electronic devices
- Jewelry or valuable items
- Cash or negotiable instruments
- Fragile items
- Perishable goods
7. Liability
7.1. Our liability is limited in accordance with applicable international conventions and regulations.
7.2. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Actions of third-party service providers
- Force majeure events
8. Insurance
8.1. We maintain comprehensive aviation insurance coverage as required by applicable laws.
8.2. Passengers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance for additional protection.
9. Data Protection
9.1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
9.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by Austrian law.
10.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.
11. Modifications
11.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
11.2. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
